What is Home Staging?
Home staging is the strategic preparation of a property for sale using furniture, styling, and space planning to improve presentation, photography, and buyer appeal.
The goal is to help buyers emotionally connect with the home and clearly understand how each space can be used.
Why should I stage my home before selling?
A well-presented home creates a stronger first impression, photographs better online, and can attract more buyer interest during the sales campaign.
Staging helps buyers focus on the lifestyle and potential of the property rather than empty spaces or distractions.
How much does home staging cost?
Every property is different.
Pricing depends on property size, number of rooms, living areas, access conditions, styling level, and overall scope.
We provide tailored proposals after inspection or assessment.
How long is the hire period?
Our standard staging hire period is up to 6 weeks (4+2 weeks), or until the property becomes unconditional — whichever comes first.
Extension options are available if the campaign continues beyond the initial hire period.
How long does the process take?
Once the proposal is confirmed and payment is received, staging is typically scheduled and completed within 5 business days, depending on property size, access, and scheduling availability.
Can you work with existing furniture?
In some cases, yes.
Where suitable, we may incorporate selected existing furniture as part of the staging plan, depending on the overall presentation strategy.
Do you choose the styling direction?
Our styling decisions are based on the property, buyer demographic, and the level of presentation needed to support the sales campaign — always with your property’s best presentation and sale outcome in mind.
What happens after the property sells?
Once the campaign is complete or the property becomes unconditional, we organise pack-up and furniture collection.
